Children Are an Heritage to the Lord

In the Saturday morning session that scripture was quoted twice. Both talks were about the importance of families and raising children in happy and safe environments. Family time is a sacred time that should be protected.

Watching our family last night I could see how much our children are loved and how happy they are. When I reflect on my childhood, I know I had a blessed childhood. I had parents who loved each other and loved me and all of my brothers and sisters. They taught to be good and to work hard. And now I can see those traditions being passed on to all my nieces and nephews.

Here are a few pictures from the evening:

The mom's with Jordan and Olive. Olive was hungry - we barely got that picture in.

The dads with their babies. After both were fed and changed. See how happy the babies are?
